THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - terrible

When purchasing microphones, go to your local shop and talk with musicians that actually know the differences between products. I purchased a mic that was $140 that i cannot return. okay. great. i was sold something by rude staff that i cannot return. i can get over this. So i purchase an XLR cord to set this mic up to my Mac desktop. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. I'm now $165 into this and still cannot use any of the equipment I got, nor can I exchange for a microphone that will fit my needs even though everything is still brand new and not damaged. I did purchase insurance so I guess since this location sucks so much, its almost better off the break it and file a claim. i hate the staff at this location and after spending hundreds of dollars with Guitar center, i will never use this company again

The least helpful when trying to learn more about different microphones. Rude staff. The microphone I purchased doesn't come with a cord to get hooked up and was not aware I'd need a mixer. It was clearance, so I won't be able to return it either. Trying to look on the bright side as a long term investment if it even works good. would not recommend.

It's hard to downgrade reviews of the largest and biggest selection of items in the area, but there were a few too many things I noticed here. If you know about guitar parts, I was looking for neck screws and a neck plate to reattach my fender's neck (because I flew up with the Tele disassembled in my luggage and forgot my hardware at home). #1, they only had screws and no plate (which is like being a car shop and selling tires but not rims) and #2, the guy at the guitar counter had no knowledge of the products in his section. Come here if you know what you're looking for. Because the only thing these "associates" understand is the warranty that they try to upsell you at the counter.
