This Hilton provides The Hilton Service I've come to expect from the wonderful people Hilton hires and trains! Only one glitch.. the Shuttle! I called down to say I would be right down, just needed to take the elevator - this was acknowledged. I did what I said I would do. I was at the front desk 10 minutes early but the shuttle had taken off! The front desk said to me- oh you're early- so I'm confident my story is true. I waited another 25 minutes, the whole time concerned I would be late for my flight- fortunately I gave myself plenty of time and this Hilton is maybe a 5 to 7 min drive to the airport. Everything worked out beautifully. The driver was definitely not the person I spoke to on the phone- so couldn't hold this shuttle glitch against him! And he was so smart to point out just briefly how some things are going so well he literally changed my mind from negativity to positivity!! I thought that gentleman is SO well-trained! Ahhh. I also left my coat in the closet (sometimes you just shouldn't hang up your coat). The front desk is shipping it using my card used on the account. You know, being a distressed traveler is no fun (I was there because I missed my connection), but when the nice folks at the desk just make you feel welcome, comfortable and as if you really MATTER, everything can turn around for the better! My goodness who doesn't want to feel cared for? Well if you have any inclination towards warm greetings, beautiful surroundings, clean room, great exercise room (perfect for my hour of Oculus-Beat Saber), also kindness, thoughtfulness, and every amenity, please strongly consider this facility! I have no connection to the Hilton business but as a frequent traveler, I noticed the Hilton hires and trains for kindness, sincerity and helpfulness! Thank you Hilton! You did it once again! It was an exceptionally connective experience! Loved it! Well- deserved five stars!

No microwave and breakfast was terrible. Scrabble eggs look like oatmeal. I had to pay $10 for breakfast every morning. Then when I got my food there was no bagels available, when the lady brought bagels I went to grab one and she told me I can’t get it that I can only dish food once. Me: ma’am I didn’t get bagels because you were out. Her: like I said you can’t come back for anything once you dish your meal , even though I paid for it AND mind you they had limited choices . So all I paid $10 for was fried potatoes and fresh fruits. I don’t eat bacon , they don’t provide cereal of any kind 😡😡😡. I liked their coffee though and few varieties of tea bags. Secondly, I had to pump and they don’t have freezer- understandable , but when I asked them for ice, receptionist guy said I can only get one bag of ice a night. Mine you their ice bags are a dime size and melt out before you know it. My 3 day stay at this Hilton hotel I wasted about 15 bags of breast milk that my exclusive breast fed baby could eat for at least two days. I don’t recommend for longer stays.

We were in for a short, quick weekend stay. I would recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a quick few minutes from the airport, close to highways, the mall of America and a trolley to get around outside of your car. The hotel restaurant was pretty good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms could use a microwave in the rooms, but there is one in the lobby for use. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The service was excellent, and the (wellness) room was practically immaculate. There was an adorable "puppy" made out of a towel right when you walk in, and the air was very soothing. The staff let us know about all the amenities available, and they were very professional and kind. The pool was down for maintenance, and there is no complimentary breakfast or sauna, but overall it was a very nice hotel experience.

You can call car rental company, give them hotel address, they will come and pick you up. I did it couple of times from my apartment, even public libraries.

You might want to call the hotel directly. Prices and availability change all the time for hotels.
It also depends how long you are on your vacation. Calling them is your best bet for a straight answer. Have them email or text you the quote and save it with your confirmation to avoid any suprises.
