Really nice United States post office I like the large building and that its open until 4:30 pm. I turned my package in they were very nice excellent customer service.

Punta Gorda office has a specific lady that no one can seem to tell me her name nor will she walk to the window for me to speak with. Gave her a Dr.s note for my mom who is disabled and can’t walk she took it and only gave my mom a 30 day hard ship. Like seriously. Now she’s saying there’s no record of the dr.s note etc. what is wrong with usps and not wanting to help disabled seniors?! And why are they not keeping documentations, notes etc. Just lazy! Incompetent, and clearly lack compassion and empathy for our elders.. and yet we pay your salary.. go figure

All federal Offices are not listed in the phone book. They would be inedated with phone calls.
The person your verifying for should be able to print a document for verification from their employee site.
I'm really not sure how you do that but I can tell you I just sent a flat letter by priority mail($50.) Guaranteed to be there by 7-28-2020 And as of today, 8-7-2020 It's still not there. Check with Fed Ex. Someone mailed us a package from Canada on Tuesday And we had it on Wednesday Good luck

Yes, they are purchased at the post office. There are several sizes. It does not matter what they weigh, if you can fit it in the box it goes. You may also be able to purchase the boxes at shipping stores.
