If you do it through online they need credit card or debit card to take small deposit of 1 dollar to verified that you are who you claim to be to ensure you are legally forwarding mail. By the way I never got my 1 dollar back. Lol
For U. S. Mail you need to fill out a form at the Post Office. For e-mail click on "forward" and write in whom to forward to. Then send.
You can forward your mail by going to usps.com or by completing a change of address form at any postal location.
