This place is overall nice place to live but it is ran like an HOA you literally had to get approval for every little thing you do yes rules can be a good thing but there comes a point where it’s a little too overbearing

All around it's pretty peaceful and the pool is nice. My problems are with the cars that are constantly going in and out at night and turning around in other people's driveways. Also the lack of security up at the playground is a problem for me. I have found glass from beer bottles at the playground on multiple occasions now and nothing has been done. There are multiple fire ant mounds around the playground as well as burn marks from a lighter and writing in the slides. If security can't go around patrolling the area then maybe they should install cameras to help resolve the issue.

I am very sorry this was really your response, obviously my family and I are no longer interested in being part of a community that we are not welcome. I am 100% sure the scenario would have been different if we arrived with the money in cash to pay for the house, the mistake made by yourselves of an unpaid bill ($60?!) would not have been an impediment... When things were done ill have to say them, they played with our time and our money (application).. There were definitely signs and distinctions. As former responsible residents in the community, we are left with a bitter taste, that mishandling on your part (talk about management or Sun Communities) Young and Hispanic families, think twice before living in this community, there are numerous reviews from residents with complaints no less important than ours.

we've lived here 16 years and it is a nice community.Our home is NOT a trailer it is a manufactured home.The new management has made awesome improvements.There are bad and good everywhere in FL.It depends on who you attract..

Lived there 11 years, administration sucks and bother a lot, people do what ever they want, administration is scared of home owners, park owner never responds back, lot rent goes up every year, etc
No there aren't any for rent. However you can find a few owners that will do a rent to own deal.
I generally experienced the same problem as concerns CC personnel not answering the phones, nor returning calls when a voice message was left. However, recently, I have been pleasantly surprised by park personnel answering the phone, being professional, AND providing helpful, satisfying info to my inquiries. Try them again????
Yes. It's just over the Lake Mary city line in Sanford. The park is quiet and clean and in an ideal location.

My water is on average 46./month, electric bill is 162 down to 80 during winter. I live in a 2 year old home. But I have ceiling fans that run day and night
It is not rented, they are mobile home for the purchase.
