Lived there 11 years, administration sucks and bother a lot, people do what ever they want, administration is scared of home owners, park owner never responds back, lot rent goes up every year, etc
My lot fee runs about $550.00 a month however this includes lot rent, water, sewer, trash and Taxes.
This place sucks if u ask me
No HOA fees
Only rent electricity and water cable you have to pay nice place anyway
I don't believe there are any HOA fees. Just lot rent. Which goes from 450 to 550 approx.
Just lot rent, you have to cut your own grass or have someone do it for you. Keep modular home in good condition.
None....just lot rent and water....485 average for me
