I have no problems here, live here for five years now, and so far it's good, the only thing they raise the lot rent every year
I don't know, because I do live there and I have no problems. Kids a little bit but that's normal
Been here 7 yrs. I have seen no crime. Donot even lock my doors. Maybe just depends on where u are in park.
Maybe because there are some Spanish people living I am Spanish maybe that's the reason otherwise everything is ok
