Costs about 315.00 a visit. You can go to multiple doctors nearby for a third of that. She tells her patience to put good quotes and reviews for her so they can continue to stay sober. She's not very likable very very quiet with a miserable attitude. Do your homework and you will be way better off. I will not give this lady a good recommendation at all.

No, we are not currently contracted with any insurance companies. office visits are out of pocket. Insurance can be used for medication at the pharmacy and urine drug screens processed by a third party lab. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our office at 727 447 8805.
