1 ⭐️ Placed order for XL pie was charged and delivered a large pie. I call them and the guy on the phone talks to me like it’s my fault. No apology, or offer to make it right. He’s like Large is what I see on my screen. Okay but not what I ordered. If order XL I’m pretty sure it means that is enough for my family. So why do I want a smaller one? Someone will be left hungry or everyone will still be a little hungry. Also had previous experience where I had a delivery when Just Goddaughter was home so she didn’t leave a tip. I called to leave a tip because I am a frequent customer. The person had tipped themselves $8.00 . Now 2 stars—I’m not too happy🤷🏻‍♀️. I ordered two pies from here and I’m pretty frequent flyer… we don’t eat pepperoni and they gave me a pie with it. I called to notify it right away. They offered a replacement but by that time hungry kids will not wait another 40-45 mins. They are my wings 🤷🏻‍♀️. So, they offered $10 off to which I replied that I would take a credit for the same pie I ordered which is worth more than $10. He agreed. Today I called to get my free pizza and order some other stuff. I had ordered the pizza deal previously and wanted the same exact thing. However, the guy on the phone would not honor the pizza deal and the $14 credit that I received for what I had paid for the wrong pizza. I thought this was ridiculous. I ordered one thing and you gave me something we cannot eat. You owe me the same exact thing FREE of charge. I was charged $5 for it when it was their mistake to begin with. The food is good but as a loyal customer I expected a little more 🤷🏻‍♀️ 7 months ago 5 stars —Love ordering pizza from this place. Everyone is super nice and the pizza is yummy.my kiddos love it here.

Jason is the truth sauce for days on the service from point a to b. Now matt just disregard and lvl Jason up, he has that sauce and he is actually real not with the two locations owned by the same owner just to collect a paycheck. Jason is actually the answer that is all.

Was looking for a good pizza since I moved here and think Marco's is it. I ordered a medium deluxe. It was delicious and the crust was great, as well. The service was fast and the worker was very nice. Additionally they have alot of specials available and affordable prices.
