Service center is exceptional. Always polite, professional and clearly review repairs and expected expenses for my vehicle. If an issue arises during the appointment, they have always contacted us first and discussed options.

Update: I finally did reach a service manager who actually had to google more information and make a phone call to higher Toyota HQ. Bottomline, they did NOT know the recall notification on the car would take 2 or 3 days to "reset". So the technicians a) didn't believe me that the notification would come through the car computer and b) told me it would not reappear starting immediately. No one bothered to try and find the real answer and then gave me lines of b-s to perhaps just get me out of the shop. The svc. manager who actually called Toyota HQ did confirm the recall was done successfully (it was in the main computer system) ~ so that was good to know. End of story ~~ Lesson learned for me - keep asking questions and take photos to prove things. I was at this location on 16 September 2022 for a service recall on my Corolla. My 1st indication of an 'odd' experience was the assistant service manager telling that the notifications were NOT sent thru the computer screen in the car. He was much better informed and believed me when I showed him a photo on my phone informing me of the recall. The recall notice came up frequently when starting the car and I specifically ask if this notification would stop appearing once the recall work was done. I was assured 'yes', I would not receive further notices. Well - it has happened twice since I drove out of the dealership. I called back only to get 2 different voicemails and no one called me back. I have since sent an email but given the continued notifications I have to wonder if the recall work was performed properly. Not terribly confident given the lack in believing me about the sending service recall notices in car and then the notice continuing to appear after the "fix". Let's hope they read reviews and respond. I'll update this based on their response.

Great service place! Bryce such a nice person to talk to and really helpful. They always do more than they’ve asked to. Nice and polite stuff working there. Just make sure you’ve made your appointment. They have great waiting area, Wi-Fi and beverages.

Thanks for the heads up about the inventory. I was hoping to sneak a peek at what they had but that's wishful thinking.
Everyone was wearing face masks during the last week of February when we were there.
I just bought mine 30 days ago and they had some there. Hope this helps. :)
No one could guess the answer unless we knew what was in the packet. Normally all the paperwork to register your car with the DMV is provided at the dealership. So my guess you got some of that paperwork or possibly an offer to sell you a extended warranty.
