Zero stars if I could. Called the 919 # texted to me to as for an estimate and see about qualifying for low-no cost and I did not get a straight answer whenever calling I get there to my appointment over 3 days after scheduling and she tells me they cannot determine how much it will be. After telling her I need to know up front they have a figure of 191$ just for a sti screening without insurance. I could’ve saved time and a drive if I would’ve just gotten the upfront figure when I first started calling to make the appointment. If you don’t want to use or have insurance go to the health department or an actual nonprofit

The people who work here are very nice and friendly but I’m not sure what’s going on with the logistics of everything. I came in for an IUD insertion to be told that I have to reschedule, and the reasoning for rescheduling could have been prefaced with a simple disclosure over the phone. I came in again and they made me reschedule once again for the same reason. The person who helped me during the first appointment rescheduled the 2nd appointment themselves, and I was under the impression I could get the IUD finally, but it should have been rescheduled for the next month, not the next week. I’m not the expert in IUDs so I was just trusting the timing of everything to them. Really need to work on maybe double checking records as I’ll need to come in for a third time… and will probably get billed incorrectly based on the rest of the reviews.

Went for routine testing, got there ~20 mins early. Intake took forever, the testing itself took maybe 8 minutes of the 2 hours I was there. Also, the nurse who took my blood did a terrible job, they should’ve noticed when blood wasn’t flowing very quickly that the needle wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Now I have this absolutely horrific bruise. Everything offered here is offered at A Woman’s Choice but with better bedside manner and skill.

I love this place and the staff! As a teenager and trans at that, I can get noticeably nervous in the waiting room. When taken back to the rooms i feel so comfortable and safe with all the staff members who have seen me. I have almost been a patient for a full year and love my visits here and have been roughly 5-6 times! I’ve only had one experience where I was on the waiting room for an hour+ before being seen, but they were packed that day so it’s understandable due to only having a handful of rooms patients can check into. would def recommend them for HRT needs!!! The lady’s at the front desk are super nice, the lady’s who tend to my needs are super nice. I can’t give a bad review about this place! I love this place!

They have a sliding scale based on income.
I would like more information on having an abortion between 4 and 8 weeks pregnant what are my options
It depends on what you are getting checked up on and your insurance
They advertise that they offer it on their website, but you might call them to confirm they offer it at this location. (Probably)
