There customer service is no help there quick to sneak and cut your water off you pay the bill then have to wait 24 hours but they take your money quickly it's ridiculous and let's not start on trash collection overall stars negative 1

Notified me in Mar 2018 that I had not paid my bill for 3 months. Sent them 1 year of bank statements showing all payments made and in time. Continued to show a $99 past due amount which I have ignored. Constantly charge me late fees even though I send my payment within 3 days of receiving the bill. Called this morning and was told to take it up with the post office! Asked about the $99 past due and was told I would have to go online and figure out where that came from....they don't do that. Easier just to pay it even though I know that I don't owe it. Worst billing and accounting dept ever!

Garbage customer service, or should I say like thereof because when you try to call someone, no one answers the phone and you'll stay on hold for 20 minutes before they disconnect your call. This has happened numerous times .
