David provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced, he was very kind. We did have some issue getting ahold of scheduling. But Ray and everyone who installed our floors worked their butt off to finish ahead of schedule. They were very kind and provided advice on taking care of the floor. The floors look amazing! Even better than we imagined.

Had new carpet whole house !!! Great job all around. Holly was super nice and very easy to work with. Each carpet sample I chose-she told me details and tips on why it would work or not (for my particular situation) Installation was quick-did in one day-they warned us about the dust so we were ready. The installers cleaned up very thoroughly. Marshall came out and helped with some very minor issues--he really knows carpet! Brentwood did the install when we bought the house new 17 years ago-we were happy to call them again. I highly recommend Brentwood Carpets

Eboni helped us choose flooring for a bathroom and for our basement and stairs. This was a very large project with timing challenges with other contractors doing work in both of these spaces. She helped make everything work, even when it was difficult. Rey, the installer was great to work with as well. There were some challenges with a few of the stairs, which had to be changed later, but we are very happy with the end result. Rey came back to make everything right and it looks great. The only thing I will say that could be improved at Brentwood is communication from the top. At times, it seemed that the information wasn’t adequate for the staff who interfaced with the customers. It didn’t seem like the right people were always available to ask questions when Eboni or we weren’t sure of something. She had to work hard to get answers sometimes, in addition to waiting on customers. She has a tough job and might be spread too thin. She is good at her job, very patient and never complained, even when things got tough. She is definitely a keeper! I hope that Brentwood recognizes that.
