I had a wonderful experience here. My esthetician was so kind and thoughtful. I had come for a wax and left feeling great about myself mentally and physically. Lina is so quick and my wax took almost no time at all, which was a big change from other estheticians I’ve been too. FABULOUS!!

I went there for a micro dermabrasion her work was outstanding she would tell you it’s going to cost you $200 and she would charge you more $300 to $400 I had to stop going it was a big rip off

I don’t know how I feel about this experience yet but I decided to leave a review now in case I do not have a good one to leave later. I do recommend coming here. I don’t recommend you being naïve and uneducated as I was. I booked a For Her package that consisted of a massage, facial and foot detox. I’ve never had any of these services done nor have I been to this establishment before. I went in with no expectations and little to no questions , definitely my mistake. I got there, the ambience was on point! The music, the way I was greeted, the oil diffusers, all of it tied in together so well. I had my massage first. Absolutely NO complaints, Kelly did amazing! Then I got to my facial and everything went so quickly I can’t even tell you how we got from the standard facial to a chemical peel. There were so many steps I couldn’t tell what was what. I had no idea this process would be as painful and restrictive as it is. I should’ve spoken up but I was left in the room for 15-20 minutes alone in between each step. I always find it hard to be rude to someone in the service industry. I am more displeased with myself but definitely displeased with the facial because I apparently allowed myself to be talked into a wayyyy more expensive experience that requires wayyyy more maintenance. I can’t be in the sun, there is a whole process I have to go through to wash my face AND my skin is peeling. I’ve had to go to work all week like this. Now I respect that this is a place of business but as a first time client that knew nothing before arriving I feel a chemical peel was highly unnecessary. I had maybe 3 bumps on my face and some dark spots. That’s it. Also, probably partially my fault as well, I had something to do that afternoon. I booked my appointment at 10am, thinking I’d be gone by 1p, no later, since the services combined were only 2 1/2 hours. I was wrong again. I had to leave without the door detox. I feel if I’d gotten the standard facial I thought I was getting, there would’ve been time for it. I was also charged for all this, of course. So expensive! I paid half at booking only thinking I’d have to pay the other have and it really put a damper on my funds for the day. She THEN made 2 additional appointments. She was going to do that foot detox at a later appointment but I’m not interested. I have since cancelled them both. I just wanted a regular day at the spa but I think I’ll stick to doing spa days at home. This 4 star rating is solely for the massage.
