They will fee you to death. You don’t get a single parking space included. Building is newer but somethings always broken (elevator/garage door/front door). Greystar promised security while their garage was broken but decided to remove it without notifying residents. More than 15 residents had brand new bikes stolen. Thieves were able to make multiple runs(picture attached of one of the thieves in action) Clearly no security. Several cars broken into during this time as well (while still paying $50-$130 for secure parking) Save your money and sanity and stear clear of Greystar.

Overall, I would recommend not moving here. I had my car window broken when parked in the paid tandem space and decided to move to spaces into the garage. They then broke into my car in the garage again and my boyfriends car was also broken into multiple times in the garage as well. Management is not able to ensure any security to its residents INCLUDING in the garage. The last time, they broke into my moms car when she came by to drop something off right in the space in front of the office, same thing, nothing could be done about that either. Many other residents complain about similar things occurring. The apartment is very nice and as shown in pictures, but the community around it is not safe at all.
