Extremely unhappy with the the service we’ve received here. We arranged a block of rooms for our wedding and agreed a rate in November 2021. The hotel sold us we could easily add rooms at our wedding rate and encouraged us not to book extra rooms. They told us we could book many extra rooms at a later date and they would honor our wedding rate. When it came to adding the rooms the only rate they offered us was almost double our original price. The rate they gave us for our wedding was higher than what was on their website. Hotel representatives took forever to answer us and messed us up at the last minute. We have been forced to secure a block in another hotel as we were so disappointed with the Hyatt’s service and lack of customer service.

Lovely Hotel, all staff were friendly and helpful. Even though they were experiencing staffing shortages. Our room was very comfortable. Nice location. Nice Breakfast, good coffee. One of the best Hotels I have stayed at.

I am not even kidding when I say I have had 20 overnight business trips a year for the last 18 years and this was my most pleasurable stay in a hotel anywhere near this price range ever. The rooms were beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The shower head great pressure. The front desk was so friendly and nice. The food was good and inexpensive. The drinks were reasonable and strong and everybody in the room was conversing together. This is was special place.

Positive: 30 overnight trips a yr for 18 years & this hotel BY FAR exceeded any other for the price. The staff was AMAZING, especially the mature woman who checked us in and seemed to be on top of EVERYTHING. Food and drinks in the lobby were delish. Impressive Negative: It was perfection
