Positive: Price. Free HBO Negative: So called non-smoking room smelled like smoke. There were many people hanging around outside but close to the hotel all of the evening and past midnight playing loud music and talking. I also moved our car to a lighted parking area for safety.

Didn't even get a room. The prices online are fake, the front desk attendant is rude and incredibly unprofessional. They advertise smoke free rooms but the smell of cigarette smoke is heavy from the moment you walk in. Very disappointed. Go to the Hampton across the parking lot instead.

It's really the worst. I go on a business trip and experience many hotels. There was too much hair on the floor and the toilet was clogged, so I asked him to change the room, but he told me to solve it myself because there was no room left. I'm not going to use the red roof again. It was the worst

Front Desk staff pleasant. Minute I opened door to get into hotel the smell of smoke choked me!! Thought this was a non smoking hotel!! Get to my room door and all I smell is weed. Open room door to smell smoke but must say room was very clean along w bathroom. Unfortunately from 8pm until 1am a car outside my window blaring music and hanging out…. Just finished driving 600 miles had 600 to go and just wanted to sleep😡mgmt did nothing. A bit upset w only 3 hrs rest. Also you hear EVERYTHING from the rooms above you. Seemed more like a party hotel.
