Positive: Good location Negative: The smoking section is too close to doors. I can smell smoke when I enter the building. The breakfast while good should have been more sanitary with individually wrapped goods

Our room was very noisy. The HVAC unit was overly noisy when it turned on. I would make sure to not stay in a unit in close proximity of the elevator when people were waiting for the elevator it was like they was in the room with you. Why they would design a hotel with the elevator in the same hallway as the rooms is beyond me. When I mentioned at checkout to the front desk about the elevator noise they replied that they would make a note in our file not to put us near the elevator. I HAD ALREADY MADE THAT NOTE TO MYSELF.

Positive: The front desk agent was funny and very organized. She had our room keys ready before we arrived. She was very friendly. Its a nice start to the experience. Negative: Everything was good.

They were accommodating and friendly staff. Our rooms were ready ahead of time, which was great because we were unexpectedly staying the night due to weather that kept us from going home on time. The elevator is oddly placed, which feels very inconvenient and a little creepy. Lol
