They helped us so much with the two days of viewing and then the ritual for our son before we cremated him. As well they were punctual in getting his ashes released to us to take to the temple for his final resting place

Yes
The furnace is quite large, we cremated my son in his casket with flowers on top so I'm sure any size person could fit in the cremation oven
