Thank you , for serving my family It was hard for us with laying our mother to rest. Your people were very nice to us, respectful. Especially Shawn he was an absolute professional and kind to us. He was there for us and truly cares for people. "Thank you Shawn". Pam was great! She was also there for us she answered any questions that we had. I apologies I forgot the name of the lady that help is with the plot. She met with us and made sure that we were ok with it. Awesome team. Keep up the good work. Yabes Family.

This review is for Sandra, who is supposedly the person who handles outside headstone vendors. Her lack of communication, and how she handled our business was and is extremely far beyond disappointing! My dad's headstone was completed and delivered to Sunset in February of this year. Sandra was contacted from that point on several times to help set up an installation appointment for us, but we were continually told to wait due to how booked they were. Our last communication with her was March 2nd when we were told again that they were booked weeks out, and there was nothing we could do but wait for her to call us. Today, April 4th, we called again to follow up after not hearing from her for a month, only to find out from Aliyah that our dad's headstone was already installed without anyone of us knowing! This was supposed to be a final special moment for many of us, and we wanted to be present as it took place. Aliyah apologized for the miscommunication but no communication is NOT miscommunication.
