My sister past away in May 21. My sister had purchased a crypt years ago at this facility. We first called about services and her entombment on May 24. Several messages were left. Since there was no response from anyone from the facility we had to find another funeral home to provide the services. On May 28, we went in person to to find out about the entombment. The person we needed to speak with was out of the office, Heather. We talked to a gentleman and relayed information about our request. He assured us he would get the message to the necessary person. No response from Heather. Several more messages was left for Heather. The funeral was set for June 11. We went in person to see Heather on June 9. She said she got no messages from anyone. This was very upsetting and frustrating as this was just a few days before the scheduled funeral. Things worked out for us. However, this facility has an extreme lack of communication between the the staff. They added more stress on top of our stress during our grief and mourning. I would never use Sacramento Memorial Lawn again.

My mom passed away last Jan 5th 2022 it is taking forever to get our urn necklaces back plus 3 death certificates April 5th will be 3 months of B.S. delays. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BURY ANYMORE FAMILY. I can watch snow melt faster than they send our stuff back.

To the Staffs at Sacramento Memorial Lawn: We would like to express our gratitude for the service we received from your office.  A few months ago, my family was given unfortunate news that our mother didn’t have a lot of time left.  We knew that we had to start looking into funeral and burial planning.  As difficult as it was to begin the process of planning a service, the staffs at Sacramento Memorial Lawn was so helpful from day one.  When my mother passed away last month, your office was so informative and supportive.  Our family would like to personally thank Jane Le for her guidance and knowledge with the Vietnamese tradition.  She is very resourceful, and was always available to answer any questions we had.  Another individual we would like to express our gratitude to is Clarence Alday.  His level of customer service is first class. He was available when we had questions, and was diligent in getting back to us.  The funeral and burial service provided from your company was outstanding.  On behalf of our family, thank you for providing a beautiful and professional service for our mother.
