Stopped in and picked up a plumbing part. A fitting for PVC sewer pipe and they charged me almost $120 for a part that only cost $31. Once I realized that, as I walked out the door, I returned the part within 30 seconds. No contractor marks up parts 400% ridiculous and when asked about it the lady says oh well do you want it or not. Never will do business with them again.

I have tried to use this company for the past 3 months. (My father has also had the same problem with this company)I had a guy come out and give me a quote and help me with a leak and install some additional sink lines and two weeks later no response. I give a call and they said they lost the papers so we are going to send out another guy. I was fine with that and after a week no one came out and still not a word. I do not know how a business can be so unresponsive and disorganized and still be in business. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber that actually wants your business.
