Truewood is a caring and compassionate facility! Our administrator, nurse and staff cares for everyone’s needs and wants! We all work as a team! The meals are “made to order! ”Activities all day long! Truewood in Boise is the place to be! Thank you again for our management team for making this all happen! :)

As a former employee, I can say with confidence that it is a good place to live! Very loving and caring staff. Although it’s all private pay, budgeting issues with upper management seem to arise frequently.I would’ve loved to have stayed employed there if it hadn’t been for low wages, issues with upper management, and the prolonged staffing crisis. I loved every single resident that I cared for still holds a special place in my heart.

Truewood is a great place to work. The management team listens to the employees and tries to solve problems as they arise. We have a caring team of med techs and caregivers. I have worked at other facilities but Truewood is the only place that feels like we are a family. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting a good place to work.
