Hi Mary! I'm sorry to say that we do not see good results on gray hair with laser hair removal. Electrolysis is probably the best option if you have a few gray hairs you'd like to treat. I don't know anyone in the local electrolysis to give you a referral. I just "Googled" "electrolysis boise" and two places in Boise are listed. Hi Carol. Age isn't an issue with CoolSculpting, as long as you're over eighteen. During a consultation we'll go over your goals and "current state". We describe CoolSculpting as "body sculpting, not weight loss". It has a limited number of restrictions from medical conditions. I hope this helps! Warren
