Dr. Simpson is a fantastic doctor, however we will be finding a new doctor because the office has decided to continue a special exam fee due to COVID that insurance does not cover. Very disappointed. Too many businesses have taken advantage during these times.

Been here for about 3 years. Dr Simpson is pretty thorough, can’t complain. But no doctor will acknowledge you, just mosey on by lol. The staff definitely could take a class in customer service( a simple smile goes a long way). Especially Cheryl. I’m sure she didn’t get written up but just a tap on the wrist. But everyone employed works hard for their insurance and give trust that when we send our families in to get examined, etc., they should have a pleasant experience. Not with this employee, if you want any family members to have a hand in their face and talked to rudely, this is the place to go. If you want to be searched out in one of their rooms while you watch your child get examined and charges brought to you and put in your face with extreme sarcasm when you didn’t ask for it, this is your place. If you want another assistant other than Cheryl to examine your child and she blatantly lies and says she’s the only one (which she wasn’t) this is your place. Maricela, by far is the best. The rest should follow by her example, the place then would be great. 🤷‍♂️

I've been going here for years and I love their service and optometrists. Very good doctors. Just be aware they are closed between noon and 1PM for lunch.
