Bought a 2019 used truck last November with 20,000 miles and it started overheating in less than a year had to put in the shop it’s costing $800+ I really feel like the dealership should of took care of the situation being that I just bought the truck smh 😡

Some dealers do. I know that some have suspended the shuttle because of covid. You will have to call and ask for sure. Ask for service and they can let you know
No I believe you have to tow your own vehicle. Unless it's a new vehicle still under warranty, then they should.
I believe they run them through basically a car wash, then they dry it. They do not hand wash. My brother works at another car dealer and that's what they do.
