I took my pants to this business, to cut them lengthwise, they told me that it would be ready for the following week, during that time someone broke my car, I have it in the mechanic shop, I returned to the business without the note because it left in my car, the owner told me that without the note she did not have time to search at the time, I come back again and she tells me that she does not have time to search, I tell her exactly the day I leave my pants, she says that they have nothing to prove that I left pants, I explained my situation to him, he also did not see any intention of helping me, I came back totally disappointed, so I went to look for my car I found the receipt, I came back and the owner told me about the business, I explained to the owner that how is it possible that they do not keep a record of the clients if something like any other person happens to them the same, he simply answers that he should not return because without a note you cannot recover your article, he asked me in this case is it fair that you lose your garment s, my pants are even with the label, the work was very good it would be unfair if I say the opposite, just people if you lose your receipt I think this business has zero intention of helping you, on the contrary, what a lack of professionalism, I did not like your lack of cooperation, plus the owner was rude, I don't know if it's because it's the first time I've been with them or because they're Latina. I just find it out, Sadly, now I understand the reason for the attitude and the lack of cooperation in looking for my pants, my pants are simply ruined, they cut them higher than I asked for.😥
