This is the worst most incompetent location. Walk in customer ignored with one car in drive thru...the person said hello to me standing there then walked away. No one wears a uniform ... looking a hot mess when I finally did get asked for my order I thought it was simple. It was not a classic chicken sandwich with cheese made like a whopper. Whopper being the signature sandwich I figure every person knows how to make that right? Nope I watched the guy in civilian clothes make my sandwich with zero finesse incorrectly. I said to the manage oh he didn't add the ketchup she looked at the screen and not the sandwich in her hand and said yes he did. I stood there opened it and said no he didn't the sandwich is wrong. Laxidaisical attitude throughput the employees was frustrating. If I give you my money after driving out of my way with gas being over $4.30 a galllon why is it so difficult for me to get my sandwich my way?

No one was in the drive thru line, but they had me pull over to the side to wait for my food. Another car came a couple of minutes later. They had them pull to the side as well. The lobby is closed so it isn’t like they are swamped with customers. I suppose this is an attempt to protect their drive wait times, but still take their time on the order. Should a burger from a fast food place really take over 15 minutes when you only have 2 customers?

It just seems like every time I go here no matter breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food I'm served is cold as hell. The food definitely isn't fresh and your order may or may not be correct. How do you mess up a Whopper with only cheese? They gave me everything but cheese.
