It's amazing how many reviews below are by created by users who've only reviewed once in their life. Reviewers typically have many businesses they review. Regardless,... I made arrangements to meet Armando in an hour to preview a specific car which he confirmed was available and on the lot. Upon arriving, guess what? Armando isn't there nor is the car. It was just sold they say. They apologized, of course. But, I find it hard to believe, and even if true, it was conveniently left out of our conversation that it was even being considered for sale less than an hour ago. I'll let a reasonable person make up they're own mind.

Sonny T was the Best, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable!!! He knew all the different models, and very informative, explaining all the features and options. Took his time to be very thorough which helped me make the right choices and feel comfortable about my decisions . Never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. A Total Professional!!!

This place has horrible customer service and they have 00 responsibilities. I purchased my car 5 months ago, Sentra SR 2021. Since the first day the car started showing problems. The first week the back light was not working so I had to take it back to them. After few days the sensors stopped working and the worst thing it happened while I was driving on the highway so imagine Im going 60 and the car stopped so we almost crashed. So I went home and the other day the car didn’t work at all, so I called them to see what’s going on they told me we need bring it to our location and work on it , they someone to take the car and the guy himself was shocked because it happened just a month after I got it. I followed the guy to speak to someone and the manager there with tattoos was so rude to me, it’s like I’m asking him for a favor or something. And now while I’m writing this review the car won’t come on so I need to call them again and they’re going to send their truck to take it. A brand new car has been towed twice. Please if you’re thinking to buy a car don’t go to that place, they play they’re nice and they care about you but my advice is that don’t fall in their game and the people there are so rude from the manager to the bottom line.
