Nice mobile home park clean & friendly residents I was just there to visit a relative but everybody waves so that's cool it looked like there is a community pool area fenced & I think I seen a little wash house for laundry all the roads are easily found by the sign at either end I did see a couple empty spots possibly for rent or lease also a couple of trailers may be for sale or rent

rent varies. If you are a traveler and use a travel trailer, camper, mobile home. your rent will include electrical, water. sewer, gas, space maintenance. If you buy a mobile home, you will pay space rent. Month to month or long term lease. Either choice you will have to pay additional for electrical, water, sewer, gas. Rent for full time residents will be around $600 give or take $70.

Not sure about that one, usually noticed that the trailers and rvs stay at least a month or longer. Call office Im sure they can give an answer, friendly staff.

The park does not have rentals. The mobile homes are privately owned. The owners have to pay space rent for their space around 650 or so different spaces vary in price depending on if you have a single wide, double wide or an rv.
