I changed to this office because it was recommended to me that it is very reliable that there are few people but the truth was the worst that it is a battle with the people in front of reception and Doc. Huang and his assistants who spoke daily for some analysis and physical and left msg and they never spoke to me, they were worth the msg that I left!! Terrible service

I made an appointment 3 months ago because they were supposedly so booked. I was even added to a cancellation list and checked weekly but got nowhere. I confirmed my appointment via their confirmation text but then two days before my appointment they send me a text asking me to confirm a completely different time. How dare you change my appointment time I’ve waited 3 months for without even contacting me to see if this would be ok. Now they say nobody can take a message to leave them regarding this. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Please don't listen to the reviews. This place is amazing. I was directed to the appropriate office by the intake nurse at the front door. The front end nurse was amazing fast and very professional. The nurse who called me in asked so many questions about my pain and again was so nice and professional. The OB came in seconds later. He was fantastic and removed my IUD in seconds with no pain! He knew exactly what was wrong before he even did anything! He was wonderful everyone was wonderful!!!! Forget the reviews Id rather drive out here from Tracy again over Modesto or Stockton! It's so nice!!!
