I highly recommend Chez Shari. From the very first phone call to John he was nothing short of excellent with his customer service and helping answer any questions! For the months leading up to my daughters sweet 16 he answered all my questions quickly and professionally every time. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and his service is spectacular. Than comes there day of her party and all the staff helping was beyond amazing as well! They introduced themselves all to me and let me know whatever I need they were there to help! I truly feel like they went above and beyond to help make my daughters day everything it could be!! Thank you so much John and the chez Shari staff I will highly recommend you from here on out to all my friends and family.

Hosted a baby shower at Chez Shari, it was the perfect venue for a reasonable price. Ample space with good view of the golf course fairview, the food was great, the service was impeccable! Throughout the planning process, the manager John Guinta was easy to work with and answered all my questions thoroughly. During the event, appreciated Jodie and other assistants/servers detailed attention and prompt responses to requests. They were personable, courteous, diligent at their job. Excellent customer service!!! I would definitely go back for future events.
