AIT took 22 days to get my TV delivered from Sony. Once it arrived it had 2 large holes in the box. Once I opened it I noticed the tv was shattered. Now I have wait a week for AIT to pick it up. Very upsetting.

AIT well lets first approach the elephant in the room. There's no diversity on their Executive board. Secondly, AIT acquired a horrible company name Select Express. The horrible experiences I have personally experienced with this company. The worst! They sub-contract these ma and pa delivery agents from the land of hell. Try asking a Select Express manager to step is liking speaking to a rock. How has this final mile delivery company last this long? Some of the agents are rude. No one tracks customers shipments. They just sit at the destination terminal. The agents are rude. The agents are No shows.The damages made. The agents claim to not know the delivery is final mile. No communication or lack of communication between the freight forwarder, Select Express and the delivery agent. Too many unknowns. Skip Select Express or wait for AIT to hire better agents.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. No accountability for logistical errors on their part. Literally wasted weeks of shipping for my company to then tell me that they were no longer going to take my shipment because they didn't think I would give them any more business after the bad experience. Strongly discourage any business from using them.
