Great place ! Great people ! At NorCal Sacramento it seems everyone is embodiment of efficiency, speed & sincerity. I arrived for VIN verification of Great Dane and had given time between 12:00-12:15 but I arrived at 11:59 and parked the truck trailer outside and was walking to the office but…! Here was Ryan with big smile, and asked ? are you Bravo and for VIN verification? All done in under 5 minutes. Thank you so much Mario, Rajinder Mahil, Ryan, Megan and Jeff Bist. Your Team is great. They have plastic barriers at the parts counter and reception, all staff wear masks, social distancing markers on the ground for guests, all staff do a temperature check and health questionnaire when they first arrive, frequently touched spaces are disinfected throughout the day, gloves are worn by the staff, and any staff that report a temperature outside normal are quarantined until they test clear, all vendors visiting the premises need an appointment ahead of time and are temperature checked as well.

Make sure batteries are good, and Terminal heads, if they are start checking alternator and starter, both will drain batteries even if they are good
Depending on their schedule but Mondays are usually kind of busy
There is a switch next to your heater control panel same side as the driver on the back wall, the switch has a small bottle on it and it turns green when its on letting you know the refrigerator is on, hope you find this helpful.
