Don't get service from anywhere else.. ever. I brought my Dodge Ram for its first service and got connected with Leticia Sanchez, Service Advisor. From the beginning I knew she was different than most advisors. She helped me figure out my car's warranty and navigate the arduous process of dissecting my contract that my shady sales representative drafted at San Leandro Dodge Chrysler. She was honest, cordial and very helpful. It's hard to find anyone in customer service who's willing to understand the troubles of a customer and find a resolution. Ask for Leticia and I'm sure you won't regret it!

No. This is a joke of a service dept. Can’t speak on the sales side of things but the service side is deplorable. Go anywhere else in the state before this place.

I bought my car from this dealership and in December I had my car in for a warranty repair. I was treated well, was provided a rental car and the service rep kept me informed of the progress since the part was back ordered. I live 2 hours from Sacramento but would definitely return there for any warranty work.
I work at the dealership. I can't tell you how many people have wasted money buying used keys or keys at Amazon that never ever end up working. If you would like I can get you a price on a key and programming. Just let me know.
