I have break in caught on tape on my property. They broke through the front window. I have faces and license plate as well. I filed a police report but no one ever got back to me. I've called them multiple times that I have video evidence that I could give to the investigator and I never received a call back. Don't expect the sheriff department to be much help. Our system has become a joke.

I called the cops no one helped me just dismissed me. You say your vehicle got shot at and they won’t send anyone to take a report or anything. I will never feel safe in Sacramento again when the cops won’t even report to a call and just dismiss your call this is why no one has any faith in the cops. This is also why people protect themselves because the law is never there when you need them.

Not professional at all. Was instructed to go to THIS office by the SHERIFF who wrote off my ticket to pay off a fix it off and the sheriff at the front desk didn't even let me speak and was talked down to. What a joke. Just goes to show you need better training for your officers.

I came in a few years back for a Warrant Forgiveness Day for folks worried about something that could be pending. Anyway, to my relief, there were no warrants and nothing pending, and I left with a clear conscience. The officers I dealt with were courteous and professional. Some actually had a sense of humor.
