Contacted Sacramento Forklift when our forklift broke down. Ellie had someone out that day to take a look. Professional and knowledgeable service technician diagnosed the problem, Ellie provided us an estimate within a day, had the parts delivered and returned to repair the lift a day earlier than originally scheduled. Best experience I have had dealing with a forklift repair company in my 40 plus years of being in business. Thank You Sacramento Forklift for taking care of us! If i could add stars I would.

Great customer service, and most importantly they were the only company to get our lift operating properly. After two other companies incorrectly diagnosed the problem we reach out to Sacramento Forklift and had a tech out immediately. They had the problem fixed the same day. Can't recommend them enough.

The company I work for and I have been coming to Sacramento Forklift for all our forklift parts and repairs for the last 4-5 years. Ellie has been awesome and amazing at getting us the parts we need in a timely manner, and their technician, Ty, has been great about getting our forklifts back up and running when they go down or when we need preventative maintenance done. We recently purchased a used forklift that needed work done and Sac Forlift got it running like new again!

I don't quite remember right off the top of my head I know it was pretty reasonable what you go through. If you are working for a company that requires it they should pay for it.

Hi Larry, it's great to hear from you! If you have previous forklift operating experience our OSHA Certification Class is $225 and it's help at our location and is a 4-5 hour class. If you don't have forklift operating experience, it's a full-day "Academy" and costs $1,000 Please call our office to discuss the details and available class dates if you're interested. Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the full day "Forklift Academy" as we call it will give you all of the skills to be a safe forklift operator after completing the course. $1,000 is an investment in yourself and we have the very best trainer and it's a full day one on one which isn't available anywhere else.
