I work at the dealership. I can't tell you how many people have wasted money buying used keys or keys at Amazon that never ever end up working. If you would like I can get you a price on a key and programming. Just let me know.

Those keys are actually really tricky to program, I'm surprised that the dealership is unable to program it. If you paid for them to program it and it's not working I would demand that they give you a Brand New Key and a key fob and demand that they program it and make it work if you did not pay for them to do it I would suggest that you either get a new key fob, a brand new key fob not a used one one that is unprogrammed, and then you will have to program it yourself, which can be a little difficult. Just look up a few videos on how to do it
