Stoped answering my calls. Had to be reminded of what was next. They were helping me with imigration application and left me hanging after first packet. It’s been two months and still haven’t received a calll. So unprofessional In my opinion.

I got my ITIN there for the first time in January, they told me that when the number will come to me they will call them and give it to them, I did that in April when I finally got the number and they couldn't find my name, so I went there, the receptionist He barely let me in and told me that they had already legalized my number, after 2 months when I saw that the refund did not arrive I called to find out and they told me that there was no information about me, they did not even send my documents, and one confident that they did their job well, now I have to wait to see what they will solve for me because I went and it was closed.
