Pictures are outdated, I rented an apartment for the family and all the furniture was new. They even added an extra bed for our third kid. Not the best neighborhood, but not the worst either.

The only reason I gave it 3 instead of 5 is because of the office staff. Patty has managed to hire office employees who are as bad natural and ride as her. The maintenance staff does a great job even thought they are payed minimum wage.

Patty is the worst property manager you could ever deal with. During a pandemic she has the audacity to tell people they need to have payments on time. If I'm late, just add it and keep your smart remarks to yourself. No need to try to belittle someone over a time we can not control.

We were told we were going to have an apartment within a month gave our first month payment and our deposit and we're still sitting two months out and now we have no home to live in because we gave her 30 days notice because they told us we are going to be moving then they tell us that they got a month legally to give us our payment back so thanks a lot for not doing a thing by helping out the community
