I went to Lowes to get some wood slats. Several employees passed stating they would get someone to assist me. After 15 minutes of the lack of customer service while at Lowes, I departed and took my money to Home Depot.

i spend 15 minutes picking out 300 dollars worth of outdoor flood lights and there out of stock
guess ill head over to Lowes
