CROOKS, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They raise your rent substantially every few months and use the legal clause "rates may change" to get away with it. My rent started at 113.00 and after 3 months went up to 140.00, after another 6 months it went up to 163.00. There are numerous reviews of this happening to other people which means it is their policy to raise everyone's rent every chance they get. I will never rent from these crooks again.
