This place is amazing, the level of care from the staff, the cleanliness and overall environment were Great. It really put me at peace to be receiving care/treatment that felt warm and genuine!

Understaffed with unhappy staff with negative attitudes. On verge of calling NYS licensing. The PT therapists are good but the nursing & patient care is Horrible or worse. On verge of calling NYS licensing unles I receive a response immediately

Temperature at 80 degrees. Patients were wheeled out into the hallway got their meds and left there most of the day. Horrible food. No name bread, juices left out on a counter all day. 1 hour rehab was pretty good but the other hours of the day, awful.

This is not a question it's a compliment to the Grands driver Phil my 1st day driving hes on time courteous funny friendly careful driving and knows the roads and how to get around traffic!

No mothers day visit?? I took off work only to find there will be NO Mothers Day visits its so disappointing since we the families of our love ones weren't able to visit last year in the beginning of the pandemic I didnt even get to zoom

Family can bring single portions of food items and small snacks. Our kitchen is always open and we offer nourishing snacks throughout the day. Our Executive Chef and Dietician meet with Guests to review our menus.
