Great store and customer service, but Cox as a company kind of suck. Sheila Denise was an amazing help to my issues.

Nick was great to work with. He efficiently and quickly helped us with our issues.

Too much of a hassle to move a guide wire so I can replace a retaining wall that holds your easement from falling in my yard. Dropped this company years ago and if they were the only option I would rather move than give them a dime.

When I arranged for service for my apt I was promised high speed internet for $50. However, I am being charged $70 a month instead. I called to figure out what the problem was. Apparently , I needed to “bundle” to get the price quoted to me. I told them all I wanted was internet and nothing else. Cox is the service required for my apartment complex other I would use another company. So, I am not give a good rating since I was refused what I was promised on a monthly bill.

I suggest speaking to a rep and seeing what they can do for you. Often businesses will try to fix you up if they might lose business
Your probley need a new one. I've only had to reset mine once in two years.
Ha ha funny
You can always drive to the Cox store and do your business there. If you are renting the equipment, make sure that you bring it with you for turn in.
Call Cox.
There is a setting for updates in the menu where you can specify when you want the updates to happen. If your stuck on how to adjust just go in store they will help.
updates happen during that time. Change the settings on the box so that it doesnt interfere with your programming

There is a Cox store Wanamaker you can go in the store and visit them. Take pictures of the cable on the ground so that they can see your problem. Cox also has a website that you can go to and chat with a person to get help

ESPN3 is not a channel. ESPN3 is an online site that allows you to watch certain sports streaming online.
You can pick up a replacement by visiting the Cox Solutions Store at 1109 SW Wanamaker Road in Topeka, KS.
