Yes we've experienced that same issue
Unfortunately Cox isn't great, but there aren't a plethora of options in that area. Your DVR may be defective
I've had the same issue with Cox Communications since 12/2015, when I began my contract with them. I'll try to watch a program which was to have been recorded, only to read, "Program not found in guide" when I search for it. There was another comment about internet connections; sometimes, after trying to re-boot for several hours, I just have to give up & try it another day. I had AT&T prior to Cox, & their service was no better, plus they would raise my rates roughly 4 times a year, requiring "renegotiating my contract" every time. Cox & AT&T are the only games in town, so I guess you just choose your poison in Topeka.
I have that problem a while ago. Turned out the DVR was defective so I had to go and exchange it for another one. It's something to do with a defective chip inside it.
Anyone having Internet problems. Like staying connected
Are you missing all recordings or just 1 here and there?
