We were a victim of identity theft, we needed footage from their security camera to help catch the person who tried to pass one of our checks at this location. The location refused to help us and told us we needed a court order to view the security tapes ...they were not helpful when dealing with the Police either. By the time we got what we needed to get footage, it was already overwritten. Apparently they would rather protect criminals then their honest patrons.

This store could have easily been a 5 if the store wasn’t so uncomfortable. The staff and inventory is great. However, the heat in the store was almost unbearable. There were fans placed throughout the store, but they hardly made any difference. When I questioned the cashier, she said the temperature was a corporate decision. Seriously! The cashier said one of her customers almost passed out due to the heat. Please fix the Topeka Kansas store!!
