I had to give them at least 1 Star. I would not use them for anything again in my life. I caught a mistake that they made. It happens. Eight months later it’s my fault. They have lied to me, told me my car insurance was canceled when it wasn’t. Blamed my insurance company. Charged me extra every month and the one member of management who talked to me was less than helpful and still blaming me. I guess when they accidentally paid off my car I should have kept my mouth shut. Being honest just got me 8 months of fighting with them.

Horrible and dishonest company. Do NOT trust them for a loan. Literally go anywhere else for a loan or account. Opening a lawsuit for their fraudulent activity. I had a car loan through them. Car was totaled & insurance gave a 30k check to pay out. Azura still reported my monthly car payments late. They got more money in that 1 check than they ever would have gotten from me in 4 months. Azura never informed me in writing of a remaining balance either. Only reported late payments to credit bureau(all the while had received 30 thousand dollars already mind you) Logic and professionalism is lacking here.
