They have an issue with timely appointments.And they ask you to stay home between 12 and 4 to meet a tech.They need to work on this immediatly.
Like everyone else has been saying. They will get to you in the right time. Everybody has to wait on the cable guy
Is it not something they can't do over the phone
They are a limited amount of Techs so you just have to be patient.
Because Cox sucks.
