There is a Cox store Wanamaker you can go in the store and visit them. Take pictures of the cable on the ground so that they can see your problem. Cox also has a website that you can go to and chat with a person to get help
Usually the cable is ran overhead if it's laying on the ground call cox and complain. I've had cox for 14 years and the cable has always been overhead.
Probably true. My mom had issues w them and called daily until they came and fixed the problem. She refused to pay the extra charge as well
You can try Cox support, but I doubt you will get anywhere. My guess is that they will say it is not their problem or they will change you a service fee to come take care of the problem they created.
