Would rate -10 if I could. This company has a disconnect between corporate and their franchise locations. They claim to have “no young driver fee” and allow people who are 21 to rent a SUV on their website but when you arrive in person to pick up your rental they claim to need a credit card for a deposit. Also, they claim are “not allowed” to rent an SUV to an underaged driver. Their story kept changing every step of the rental process. Obviously Budget Rent a Car must be on a “budget” when hiring uneducated and unprofessional employees. They obviously have issues company wide.

I rent cars for business travel. I have spent too much time the last 4 rentals with Budget working through the incorrect billing. I have expense reporting that I - like most travelling business professionals- and I am not going to invest the time anymore with a company that can not get their billing right.

I can only speak for my experiences with Budget. Its always been perfect. I could guess it varies depending on their current volume at any given time. But management changes hands often. So maybe there is a difference now? I'm not sure. But every time I come in its fast in-fast out and vice versa upon return.

I can drive either one, so I will ask will I be charged same price as small SUV. Any other accommodations especially since reservation was made weeks ago, probably will have to email/call corporate and/or customer service.

You can drop it off, however, there may not be enough room to hold it on the lot. But Budget will take care of that. Yes you can drop it off
I would not rent from this Budget franchise again. They took us and our insurance company for almost a thousand dollars, on top of two weeks of rental. They are shady at best. Our experience soured me on this location specifically and Budget in general. You can see how our rental went in the reviews.
